Thank you for joining us for the PVRIS VIP Meet & Greet Experience! Below are important details to ensure you have a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Important Information

🚨 VIP packages DO NOT include a general admission ticket. A separate concert ticket is required to attend the show. Please confirm your ticket purchase in advance.

Arrival & Check-In

📍 Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 2 hours before doors open. Check your local venue’s website for accurate door times.
👋 A venue employee and a PVRIS team member will meet you outside to check you in and escort you inside.

VIP Perks & Experience

🎁 Upon entry, you will receive:

White Noise zine
VIP laminate
Exclusive poster & postcard

🛍️ If you purchased the Shy Guy Early Entry Upgrade, you will have early access to merchandise shopping 30 minutes before doors open.

Meet & Greet / White Noise Upgrade

📸 If you purchased the Meet & Greet or White Noise Upgrade, you will:

Line up inside for your photo with PVRIS.
Photos will be taken by our photographer and uploaded to a shareable folder.

A link to your photos will be emailed to the address used for the VIP package purchase approximately 4-5 days after editing.

If you would like to mask up for the event, you are more than welcome to. They are recommended but not required.

We do want to remind everyone that the VIP packages DO NOT include a GENERAL ADMISSION ticket. You must purchase a ticket to the concert to see the concert, as stated in the ticket descriptions.

- Please be sure to arrive at the venue AT LEAST 2 HOURS before doors open, please check your local venue's website for accurate door times.

- A venue employee and someone who works with Capstan will come outside to greet you and let you in.

- After you enter you will receive your laminate, exclusive Parting Gifts vinyl, tote bag & signed poster. You will then form a line inside and take a photo with Capstan.

If you miss the VIP session, you may head to the Capstan merch table and pick up your items. Reclaim Music Group and Set It Off are not responsible for mailing these items to you if you miss the event.

If you miss the VIP session, you may head to the Traitors merch table and pick up your items. Reclaim Music Group and Set It Off are not responsible for mailing these items to you if you miss the event.
