VIP Instructions

We do want to remind everyone that the VIP upgrades DO NOT include a GENERAL ADMISSION ticket or early entry. You must purchase a ticket to the concert to see the concert, as stated in the ticket descriptions.

- Please be sure to arrive at the venue AT LEAST 1 and 1/2 HOURS Before Doors Open, VIP will start promptly 1 Hour before doors. please check your local venue's website for accurate door times.

- A venue employee and someone who works with Set It Off will come outside to greet you and let you in.

- After you enter you will receive your tote bag, poster, laminate, and flag you purchased. You will then form a line inside, have your chance to meet and take a photo with Set It Off.

- All photos taken by the Photographer will be uploaded to a shareable folder and then a link will be emailed to the email address used to purchase the VIP package roughly 4-5 days after they have been edited.

- After you’ve completed the meet & greet you will have early access to merchandise.

- Please be sure to arrive at the venue ONE HOUR BEFORE DOORS, as VIP will start strictly 45 minutes to doors opening.

- A venue employee and someone who works with Broadside will come outside to greet you and let you in.

- After you enter you will then form a line inside and take a photo with the band in front of the backdrop. Once you take your photo you will receive your VIP items.

- After photos are complete, there will be a brief period to hang out with the band. This is the opportunity to get things signed, take selfies, and interact with the band.
