VIP Instructions

We do want to remind everyone that these VIP upgrades DO NOT include a GENERAL ADMISSION ticket. You must purchase a separate ticket to the concert in order to attend the show.

PLEASE NOTE:
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. There are no physical tickets — this is a will call experience. All items will be handed out at the event. Nothing will be shipped.

You should expect VIP to START at 4:45PM.
Please check your EMAIL for updates, as this time is subject to change.

Please arrive at the venue AT LEAST 2 HOURS before doors open. Check your local venue’s website for accurate door times.

A venue employee and someone from the Capstan team will come outside to greet you and bring you in.

You will receive your laminate and VIP items at check-in. A photo opportunity with Capstan will take place during the VIP session. Early entry and early merch access will follow the VIP activities.

If you miss the VIP session, you may head to the Capstan merch table to pick up your items. Reclaim Music Group is not responsible for mailing items to you if you miss the event.
